1. Who we are

tag2me ("we", "us") provides QR-coded recovery stickers and an online service that helps reunite people with lost belongings. By creating an account or using a sticker you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or over. You're responsible for keeping login details secure and for the items you register. Don't impersonate someone else or register items you don't own.

3. Subscription and stickers

Pricing for the recovery service is described on our pricing page. Sticker sheets are a separate one-off purchase. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from your account page. After cancellation, stickers continue in view-only mode for 30 days so active cases aren't cut off.

4. How recovery works

Finders communicate with you anonymously through tag2me. You decide what details to share and how to receive the item back. We don't guarantee any particular outcome — we simply provide the platform.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use tag2me to harass, deceive, track other people without consent, or to facilitate the recovery of items you don't legally own. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Liability

We're not liable for lost, damaged or unreturned items, postage costs you agree with finders, or any indirect losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed and shown in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
