Is the intro price really 10p per tag?
Yes — for the first 3 months, you pay just 10p per tag per month, with a 20-tag minimum (so from £2/month). After that it moves to the standard £3.75/month for a pack of 20.
What does the subscription cover?
Keeping your codes active in our system, AI registration, anonymous messaging, the handover workflow, and notifications. The physical stickers are a separate one-off purchase.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Your codes simply stop being scannable until you reactivate.
Do I need to buy more stickers each month?
No. The subscription is for the service. Buy more sheets only when you have new items to tag.
